PAEO Boat Sticker Fees

Commencing on January 1, 1993, for the purpose of enabling the Port Authority of Eastlake Ohio to provide for the safety of its boaters and for other essential purposes related to the use by boat owners, marina operators, and others, there is levied an annual fee on each watercraft that is either docked or kept in a boat storage rack facility within the City of Eastlake.

In 2018, the PAEO increased sticker fees effective 2019. Due to increased costs associated with dredging the channels of the Chagrin River, the Port Authority of Eastlake Ohio passed Ordinance 2024-1 in March 2024, which increases sticker fees effective January 1, 2025 and beyond. The fee schedule for dockage or storage is as follows:

January 1, 2019 - December 31, 2024

• $100 - Watercraft of 16 feet to 29 feet
• $150 - Watercraft of 30 feet to 49 feet
• $200 - Watercraft of 50 feet or over

January 1, 2025 and Beyond

• $150 - Watercraft of 16 feet to 29 feet
• $225 - Watercraft of 30 feet to 49 feet
• $300 - Watercraft of 50 feet or over

• Boat Ramp Season Pass - $100
• Kayak Launch Season Pass - $75
• Daily Boat Ramp Pass - $10
• Daily Kayak Launch Pass - $2

KAYAK/PADDLE BOARD RENTAL

• Single Kayak/Paddle Board (1 hour) - $20
• Single Kayak/Paddle Board (3 hours) - $45
• Double Kayak (1 hour) - $25
• Double Kayak (3 hours) - $55
